Important – change of training times this week.
The committee held it’s 1st meeting tonight, sorry it is not possible to confirm the regular session times all the squads just yet as there are still some details with Pools to be confirmed, finances to be checked and the proposals to be formally decided by the committee (we are meeting again next Monday!) – however the following sessions are scheduled to take place over the next week.

Suffolk RTC Spring & Summer 2013
The Spring term starts on Saturday 12th Jan 2013. The cost of the RTC this season is £70 per term and includes up to 10 sessions of coaching by ASA level 2 qualified coaches.
Each athlete selected for RTC will be put forward for inclusion into the GB England Talent Programme. This will qualify the athlete to attend the National Training Camp at Millfield depending on their age group (the August 2013 NTC is for athletes born in 1998 & 1999)…. [Read More]
New training session at Felixstowe
We have replaced the Sunday training session with a session on Tuesdays 8-9pm at Felixstowe Leisure Centre starting on 15th Jan. This session is open to Junior and also Intermediate Squads; allowing them to develop their deep water skills.
