A frustrating evening for our U15s outclassed by a much stronger side. Unlike Basildon last week at least Ipswich did field a mixed team, although do not remember there one girl player Dawn getting much match time. The Torpedoes gave it everything and again all our shots were attracted to the post or cross bar. In the end the Ipswich players strength, speed and tactics meant there was little Pheobe and then Erin could do to protect the Torpedoes goal despite both of them making a number of exceptional saves throughout the match. Taster Session for Diddy Water Polo Squad – 1st May 2014
We are holding a taster session as part of Diddy training on Thursday 1st May 7-8pm at Martlesham Beacon Hill Pool.
Ideally suited for 7-11yrs as we learn our skills in a shallow pool before moving to deep water.

Senior Inter County Championships Sunday 9th March
East Region’s premier water polo event Sunday 9th March
The Senior Inter-County Championships, is being held this Sunday 9th March at Basildon Sporting Village starting at 4pm.
This year we have a new Women’s Championship as well as our long-standing Men’s event. There will be a spectator fee of £2, great value for three hours of competition in two simultaneous pitches!
