No Junior Training Monday 25th Feb – Juniors invited to train Tues 26th,8pm-9pm at Felixstowe.
Due to the match for our mixed U15s team against Ipswich on Monday 25th Feb, there will be no training session 9pm-10pm at Deben.
Junior players are invited to join the Inter Squad Stamina and Skills training session on Tuesday 26th 8pm-9pm at Felixstowe Leisure Centre as an additional training slot.
Please note that some of junior squad are involved in this match and it is recommended to aid their recovery that if they play in the Monday match they do not need to attend the additional session on the Tuesday.
News on Matches for the Summer Season
SC torpedoes has been invited to participate a number of leagues/tournaments over the summer season (Apr-Oct) .
At our committee meeting this week we agreed to enter the following tournaments/leagues to provide a programme of competitive matches over the summer season for our players.
Essex and Suffolk Water Polo League – Boys only team, players born 96 and later
Ipswich, Basildon, Chelmsford, Colchester and SC Torpedoes are likely to enter. This will be in a league format with teams playing each other in Home and Away matches so that is likely to be 8 matches to play. 4 home and 4 away.
The team for these matches will be selected from eligible boys that train with our current Junior Squad.
It is likely that our home matches will be played on a Friday or Monday nights. Away matches are likely to played on different days when I see what is offered by the other clubs…. [Read More]
