We will have a normal traing session this Friday as the U16s match with Colchester has been postponed.

Reminder there will no sessions during the easter school holidays
Tuesday 28th March – Deben Pool- Normal sessions – note Deben Pool is having a pool cover fitted during the day. This should not impact our Tuesday evening sessions but if the work overruns we may have to cancel , I will send out emails and update the website. So please assume session is on as normal if you hear nothing we are good to go but just check emails/website in case before attending.

A reminder that we have no training next weeks as it is Suffolk schools half term week.
We return to Deben pools on Tuesday 21st Feb and Crown Pools Friday 24th Feb.

Unfortunately, due to power issues at Deben Lesisure Centre , the pool will be closed tomorrow so we have had to cancel tomorrow evenings water polo session.
