Reminder there will no sessions during the easter school holidays
Tuesday 28th March – Deben Pool- Normal sessions – note Deben Pool is having a pool cover fitted during the day. This should not impact our Tuesday evening sessions but if the work overruns we may have to cancel , I will send out emails and update the website. So please assume session is on as normal if you hear nothing we are good to go but just check emails/website in case before attending.

We are hosting a ladies/young ladies match against Colchester this Friday, so there is no regular training, so gentlemen you have the night off.
Match invitations have been sent to our ladies/young ladies involved.
As ever if you are not directly involved you are more than welcome to spectate
