All Water Polo clubs have been asked to ask their members to give feedback on the state of Water Polo in this country Please see below infomation on this survey and links for members to complete if they wish.
“Following the withdrawal of World Class funding from the Great Britain programme earlier this year, the ASA has commissioned Neil Tunnicliffe of Wharton Consulting to conduct an independent review of water polo with a view to formulating a strategy for the sport which can plan its future development making best use of the resources available to it.
As part of the agreed methodology, we would like to give as many people as possible the opportunity to have their say on the different aspects of water polo, and the opportunities and options available to it over the next few years. An online questionnaire has therefore been devised to capture your input, and this can be accessed by following the link below:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9ZXDT5N
The questionnaire should take no more than 30 minutes to complete, and the closing date will be Friday 21 November 2014. Please be sure to make your views known before that date: this is a very significant project for the future of water polo in this country, and it is therefore important that as many people contribute as possible. In order to help achieve the best outcomes, please be entirely open and honest in your answers, as all feedback to the ASA will be in summary form and anonymised. Please also be assured that there are no foregone conclusions implied in any of the questions about the future. Thank you in advance for your support and assistance.
If you have any difficulties in completing the questionnaire, please contact Julie Thompson at the ASA by e-mail on: [email protected]
Please note that the role of Wharton Consulting is focused on this national level review. We are unable to enter into correspondence on individual or club matters. “
