Felixstowe pool have advised that they have no instructor this evening so – the land training session tonight has had to be cancelled.

Suffolk Coastal Torpedoes Water Polo Club will hold it’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 15th June 2016, 7:15pm at Kesgrave High School.
We would welcome and encourage all club members (players and parents) to attend. Please note only member aged 16+ will be able to vote.

Our SWIM21 Status is renewed
I am pleased to report that we have retained the status as an ASA swim21 club.
Huge thanks on behalf of all club members to Linda and Sue for preparing all the evidence to submit to the ASA.

Match Result U14s – Chelmsford 13 vs SC Torpedoes 7
Our U14s team (players born 03 or later) started the 2016 Eastern Water Polo League campaign with an away trip to Chelmsford last Sunday . For some of younger players this was their first taste of competitive match play.
Chelmsford started brightly scoring 3 goals with only one for SC Torpedoes scored by Natasha.
The second quarter belonged to SC torpedoes with three goals, from Isabella, Jessica and Natasha and only 1 for Chelmsford.
4-4 at half time.
3rd quarter Chelmsford got the better of SCT scoring 6 goals with another goal from Jessica in reply.
The final quarter was closer. Felix scored twice but Chelmsford added another 3 goals making the final score Chelmsford 13 SC Torpedoes 7
Team – Sophie, Jessica, Isabella,Fay, Toby, Felix, Patrick, William, Cameron, Natasha, and Emily.
Well done to the team and a thank you to the parents for their noisy support poolside.
Bookings open for East Water Polo Development Camp 2nd-4th June
| This year’s Water Polo Development Camp will be held on 2nd-4th June at Royal Hospital School, Holbrook, Ipswich. The Camp is open to all East Region players born in 2002-2004 of any ability level, and will include pool training, matches, theory and land work.
The Camp costs £120 per player including all meals, accommodation and training.Click here to download the booking form and poster.
